Leading architecture development, technical problem solving and debugging to creatively meet design objectives. Principals often delegate tasks to achieve objectives, mentor technical talent and raise the overall process capability and effectiveness of design teams. The work often demonstrates the ability to guide cross-functional resources to accomplish significant business and technical objectives. Key functions of the role are to identify and initiate investigations of technologies, prototype and test solutions for product features, and design and validate production designs that deliver an exceptional user experience.
