ABOUT DIETER RENKEN

Dieter is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at PXL Vision AG, the Swiss market leader for automated identity verification solutions. With over 30 years of experience in IT and information security, he is responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and risk management of the company\'s products, services, and operations.He has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Technical Computer Science from DHBW Cooperative State University Stuttgart. His core competencies include information security strategy, governance, architecture, engineering, transformation, business continuity, and incident response. He is also skilled in IT operations, digitalization, and team leadership.Prior to joining PXL Vision, he was the Head of IT and Digitalization at GMG Color, where he led the infrastructure, cloud, and security projects for the global color management company. Before that, he worked for Hewlett-Packard, HPE, and DXC Technologies and held various roles in Information Security Management.Dieter is passionate about enhancing the security posture and resilience of PXL Vision AG and its customers, as well as fostering a culture of security awareness and collaboration across the organization. He is also committed to continuous learning and professional development, as well as mentoring and coaching his team members.
