We bring color solutions, performance coatings and advanced material to our daily lives. I manage a 10+ material family portfolio ($100-$150M total spend) supporting 20 plants in 15 countries, where I can bring in my wide expertise and global network to find the right partners for our business. Realized raw material and logistical hard savings of 3.5 MUSD (2022) and 2.6 MUSD (2021) 2. Discovered wins and opportunities to grow savings on our bottom line by conducting market and product analysis with key business leaders and partners. Aligned key stakeholders around our global risk management program for raw materials, defined the strategy and implemented this.
