ABOUT DIEGO RODRIGUES

With over 17 years of professional experience, my mission is to foster inclusivity within Nationwide Building Society, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. My role as a Communications & Engagement Consultant allows me to drive this mission forward, leveraging my expertise in communication and my passion for diversity to contribute meaningfully to our company culture. As a champion for underrepresented groups, I am committed to bringing diverse perspectives to our team and aligning my efforts with the organization\'s values.Currently, as a Diverse Interview Panellist and Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Employee Network, I am actively engaged in shaping a workplace where respect and support are foundational. My recent work involves training to enhance our recruitment processes, inviting more diversity of thought, and co-leading the Proud Network to ensure visibility and advocacy for LGBTQ+ colleagues. These roles have harnessed my skills in fostering inclusivity and have underscored the significance of effective communication for community building within our organization.
