After more than 13 years, I left Parts & Service to start a new journey, stepping out of my comfort zone. New technologies, innovation, and the opportunity to continue learning are exciting challenges for me. I have over 35 years of work experience, including 20 years in the IT Project Management field. Throughout my career, I have learned from influential leaders how to achieve success by understanding the fundamentals of the business, identifying real needs, and collaborating to create the right work environment. I believe in teamwork, and as a leader, I work alongside my team to foster a culture where everyone can share ideas and feel valued. I’m always seeking new challenges, believing in the impossible, seeing opportunities in instability and uncertainty, leading by permission rather than authority, and taking real risks to keep growing and learning. I have extensive experience in implementing complex programs using Agile methodology, Scrum Project Management, and Six Sigma Process Improvement as a Program Manager, accomplishing strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.
