I am a Team Leader and scientist with more than 15 years of experience developing robotic systems. At Amazon (20••••23), I led three teams developing systems to automate dexterous manipulation fulfillment processes. I set the goal of achieving zero percent hardware execution errors in my last leadership role and accomplished it within a period of 3 months.2. Over the past five years at Amazon, I have mentored four scientists. My passion for mentorship began during my time in Academia as a Research Associate, where I supervised the work of numerous graduate students. I provided them with a clear vision and technical guidance, enabling them to achieve outstanding that we published in international research conferences and journals.3. Roboticist: I have experience in developing motion planning and control systems in real-world applications. This includes working with Fanuc arms for item manipulation (LR Mate 200ID/M10iA), the Barret WAM 7DOF arm, the HyQ robot (a hydraulic actuated 12-jointed legged robot), the Universal Robot UR16e for force-based manipulation, Beckhoff servo drive systems for high precision positioning tasks, and the SCOUT wheeled robot for autonomous delivery.My career as a roboticist has given me the opportunity to live in multiple countries (Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and the USA), and work alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds and technical fields. Such experiences have provided a wealth of knowledge and unique perspectives. I have had the opportunity to learn from different places and people, and it helped shape me into a well-rounded global professional.
