   As a Staff Technical Program Manager, I spearhead multi-million dollar portfolio and transformational workforce programs that underpin Google\'s AI-enabling network infrastructure, ensuring Google delivers and maintains a highly reliable world class network, supported by tens of thousands of field work transactions and higher complexity projects every year.My role involves navigating significant organizational ambiguity to align, redesign and deliver cross-functional operating models across multiple internal and external organizations. This is made possible through deals negotiation, engagement with partners executive leadership, creation of program charters, roadmaps, creating and assigning SMEs and owners to workstreams and defining clear and measurable deliverables.
