ABOUT DIEGO LINGAD
Diego Lingad is a Liaison Coordinator with the OECD\'s Representation Office to the UN, where he supports the Organization\'s engagement and cooperation with the UN system and Permanent Missions. He previously served as a General Assembly Delegate at the Philippine Mission to the UN, where he negotiated multilateral documents and provided recommendations to the government. He has expertise in multilateral development, government relations, and communications from his work in UNDP and the UN Foundation. Diego also brings a deep understanding of Southeast Asia from his work at CSIS and the Asia Society Policy Institute, where he conducted rigorous policy analysis and published articles on international politics, development, and economic security.Diego holds an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
