About Diego Escobar
With a decade of experience across Business, Analytics, and Technology within the Financial and Tech industries in Peru and the US, my professional journey embodies a diverse range of achievements.My career began as an internal consultant at BCP - Credicorp (NYSE: BAP), Peru’s largest bank. Within 3 years, I was promoted to the role of Product Owner in the Data Analytics division, orchestrating the transformation of the CRM area toward a customer-centric and data-driven approach. The success obtained led me to spearhead the Business Analytics specialization at Credicorp. In this role, I honed my leadership and management skills by mentoring team leaders to unlock the power of data to solve business problems. Most recently, I interned with Google\'s Ads Business Finance division in a role focused on Strategic Finance and Analytics. Leveraging Google’s data, I devised innovative go-to-market strategies and collaborated with Data Scientists to assess the impact of newly introduced sales roles.Throughout this trajectory, my guiding principles have revolved around teamwork, commitment to objectives, and dedication to empowering others to become their best versions.
