ABOUT DIEGO DAURIA

As the Product Manager for the Step product at Young Platform, an EdTech B2C product, I was responsible for leading a cross-functional team with the mission of making it easy and fun to learn about the world of crypto using gamification. My role involved defining the vision and product strategy required to achieve our mission. Additionally, I was tasked with managing all aspects of product growth, including Acquisition, Retention, and Monetization.During my time at Young Platform, a B2C/B2B Fintech startup, I led two cross-functional teams with the mission of making digital assets accessible to everyone. As the Product Manager, I was responsible for managing growth aspects by working on the acquisition funnel until activation. Some of my day-to-day activities included- Utilizing customer, stakeholder, and data insights to prioritize and develop a product that has a maximum impact on both business and users- Delivering a high-quality product on time that can make a real impact on metrics. Creating and launching A/B experiments to maximize product metrics- Aligning all stakeholders around a vision, strategy, goal, roadmap, and timeline to avoid wasted time and effort and maximize the product\'s value.About me:I am passionate about business, technology, and design. While being an active Product Manager, I love to hear product management and entrepreneurship podcasts/newsletters, to sharpen my product sense.
