As CEO of Las Vegas HEALS, I lead efforts to unify and strengthen Nevada’s healthcare industry through advocacy, workforce development, and industry collaboration. Under my leadership, HEALS has become the premier healthcare advocacy organization in Southern Nevada, influencing policy, expanding career pathways, and fostering strategic partnerships.Beyond workforce and technology, I launched the Women in Leadership Program to empower female healthcare professionals and the Mental Health Coalition to improve access and advocacy. Partnering with Act4Kids Nevada, I’ve also worked to expand pediatric healthcare resources across the region.Through advocacy, leadership, and innovation, I continue to position Las Vegas HEALS as the driving force behind Nevada’s evolving healthcare landscape, ensuring a stronger, more connected, and sustainable future for the industry.I have focused heavily on workforce development, launching Medical Career Expos and Mini Expos to connect job seekers with training, financial aid, and career opportunities. The Las Vegas HEALS High School Medical Society offers hands-on experiences to inspire future medical professionals, while the Resident Physician Wellness Program improves physician retention through engagement and support.A key aspect of my role is healthcare policy advocacy. I spearheaded the Legislative & Regulatory Task Force, ensuring that Nevada’s lawmakers hear and act on the needs of healthcare professionals. By providing expert testimony on critical bills and strengthening industry-policymaker relationships, I have helped influence legislation that supports workforce growth and improved healthcare access.
