Having transitioned from Vodafone Group to Vodafone Intelligent Services (VOIS), Vodafone\'s new risk-taking commercial entity, I have now added a new commercial focus to my previous scope.Retaining my previous responsibilities, I continue to define Cloud strategy and roadmap for the IT4IT Platform Engineering department, enabling teams and providing technical guidance and expertise while ensuring that appropriate governance is in place, best practices are adopted, and cost optimisation opportunities are properly assessed to deliver robust, secure, performant, and sustainable platforms.Additionally, my now expanded scope requires me to provide technical expertise and support to the Commercial and Business Transformation branches of the company in our journey to create new business opportunities to best serve our customers in new and exciting areas. This includes vendor engagement, assessment of new products and technologies, delivery of Proof of Value projects, and so on.Mentoring colleagues and creating tailored learning opportunities for my team in collaboration with Vodafone\'s Learning Organisation remains a big focus of mine too.
