Traditional machine learning models developed include: o Customer Life Time Value (CLTV) o Customer segmentation. o Forecast o Churn o Natural Language Processing.(NLP).• Implementation of agile methodologies (adapted from Scrum) to improve team efficiency and delivery. • Coordination of the hiring and selection processes for the area. • Design, establishment, and tracking of area OKRs, ensuring individual and group alignment of objectives.• Development and presentation of executive reports to senior management, providing key insights and data-driven recommendation.
