About Diego Cervera
I am an IT Professional with more than 20 years in the industry. In the first 10 years I worked with.NET ASP, MVC, WPF, Javascript with XSLT and JQuery. Also, I was involved in projects with Oracle and SQL Server Databases. Later, I became Technical lead, applying ITIL, leadership, coaching and technical knowledge. I also explored the Architect and Technical lead roles. I was involved in many technical challenges and discussions with third-party companies for one of Chevron’s largest Vendor Application. My leadership skills led me to positions such as Product Owner and Team Lead, Not leaving my technical skills aside, but strengthen them with continuous trainings in Azure, RPA and SAFe. In my las position I\'m learning to master management, career development, resourcing for IT projects, budgeting, mentoring and coaching- I led several In-Company initiatives and networks - I participated in the Mentoring programs as mentor since 2015 to present- I inspired, coached and motivated my team through technical guidance, recognition, active listening, resource and Organizational Capability planning to deliver results. I have Argentinian and Italian citizenship.
