As Commercial Manager, I am responsible for the administration and application of existing contracts (including Wind Turbine Maintenance & Services Agreements \"MSAs\" and Parts Supply Agreements). Support contract extensions and \"EOW\"(End of Warranty) activities/negotiations for MHIWIND’s existing customers.I manage various accounts in different regions and actively supports the commercial workflow as it relates to MSAs - scheduled, unscheduled and elective maintenance for sites at which we have operational presence. I work with cross-functional teams across the organization including Engineering, Field Operations, Inventory Management, Legal and Accounting Teams, ensuring that MSA contract provisions are being honored while delivering quality service. I am the direct commercial interface with customers for ongoing and upcoming projects (including wind turbine major component exchanges). Drives quotes & proposal development activities from inception (including project budget and profitability projections). Works as a liaison in claims settlement/conflict resolution and invoice approval.Development of new business opportunities with non-Mitsubishi wind turbine owners for transactional support at their wind farms (major component replacement/repairs and EOW inspections).
