Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by creating operational structures, business reporting frameworks, and communications strategies that accelerate growth and optimize organizational performance.Core Responsibilities & Achievements: • Design and lead cross-stakeholder global programs, driving alignment and operational efficiency across Product Operations, GTM, Marketing, Renewals, and Executive teams. • Develop and execute governance models and frameworks that establish rhythm, accountability, and transparency across strategic initiatives. • Manage end-to-end business operations processes, including annual planning, reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement to enhance business clarity and decision-making. • Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to align diverse teams on priorities, enhance collaboration, and improve communication flow between senior leadership and operational teams. • Drive communications, marketing, and employee engagement programs to foster a cohesive organizational culture and strengthen adoption of corporate initiatives. • Enable key strategic initiatives through structured guidance, repeatable process development, and change management to ensure organizational readiness and scalability. • Partner with executives and cross-functional leads to translate complex business objectives into actionable strategies, supporting transparency and measurable impact on growth, productivity, and efficiency.
