As the Vice-President, Project Lead for the International Commercial Office, I am representing the International Division in high-impact global portfolio projects, partnering closely with the US division, international markets and our colleagues in finance, supply and manufacturing, and business development.In my previous role as Hospital Global Marketing Lead for Pfizer\'s Specialty Care, I was responsible for driving the performance of the full Hospital portfolio, which accounted for nearly $8 billion in global revenues. With over 30 years of commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry across both developed and emerging markets, I led a global team focused on developing and implementing effective brand and portfolio strategies, implementing these in priority markets, and building strong partnerships with commercial office organizations.In this role, I led the launches of life-saving anti-infectives and hospital products around the world, and spearheaded early launch preparation for our COVID-19 protease inhibitor. My team and I worked tirelessly to build and introduce robust platforms and improve commercial processes to bring innovative medicines to patients faster and ensure no patient in need of a Pfizer Hospital Medicine is left behind. Additionally, I bring the experience of having led multicultural teams in 9 different countries across 4 continents, including almost 3 years in China as Chief Marketing Officer, delivering consistent strong double-digit growth for a multibillion-dollar portfolio.Aside from my professional achievements, I hold ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited certifications in Executive Coaching and Organizational Culture Coaching. I am trained in positive psychology and actively advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am also the Founder and President of Optimists Without Borders USA, a nonprofit focused on building a Community of Optimists in the US. In my free time, I enjoy pursuing my passion for photography- a hobby I\'ve had for over 40 years- as well as running marathons, playing squash, and traveling the world with friends and family.
