ABOUT DIDIER DONSEZ

I earned a doctorate (Ph.D) in Computer Sciences (1994) at University of Paris VI: Pierre et Marie Curie and a HDR in Computer Sciences (2006) at Université Joseph Fourier. I was assistant professor in Computer Sciences at Université de Valenciennes (France) from 1996 to 2001 and at Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble, France) from 2001 to 2007. I\'m professor in Computer Sciences at Université Grenoble Alpes (Grenoble, France) since 2007. My research team is ERODS Team [http://erods.liglab.fr/] in the Laboratoire d\'Informatique de Grenoble (UMR CNRS I’m teaching in the Computer Sciences departement at Polytech Grenoble (engineering school). My research area is middlewares, distributed systems and software engineering for the internet of things (IoT) since 25 years. His current topics are LPGAN, SatIoT and Artificial Intelligence at Extreme Edge. I’m the principal investigator of the Thingsat project, an in-orbit research vehicle for benchmarking LoRa© modulation in SatIoT applications.
