Create and maintain documentation of the credit unions system topology, configurations, and inter-network dependencies; documentation involves Network Diagrams and Flow/Workflow charts. Vendor management via Quantivate platform6. Manage and maintain all operating system and application patches and updates. Manage and maintain Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Anti-Spyware software, patches, and updates. Manage, maintain, and remediate vulnerabilities and vulnerability assessments. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes. Provide prompt analysis and resolution of systems, network and equipment problems. Provide emergency after hours support for mission critical systems as require. Perform system upgrades and or maintenance after hours as required. Participate in Organizational Disaster Recovery exercises. Safeguard the confidentiality and security of member information and other sensitive data, in accordance with MY Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
