Didi Bethurum is a marketing executive and coach with over two decades of experience, spanning Fortune 100s, creative agencies, and startups. With a proven success record in designing and managing global marketing strategies, she’s built a career on scaling brands, growing audiences, and delivering results that matter. Didi recently served as the Chief Communications Officer at Meow Wolf, and was part of the team that built the arts and entertainment trailblazer into a cultural phenomenon. Meow Wolf’s mind-bending, immersive experiences have earned it spots on Fast Company’s “World’s Most Innovative Companies” list in 2020, 2022, and 2024, as well as status as the first certified B-Corporation in themed entertainment. Meow Wolf has expanded to five permanent locations—welcoming 10 million visitors —and launched campaigns that have redefined what’s possible in experiential and traditional marketing.Prior to this, Didi was the head of marketing at Gogoro, a Taiwan-based high performance electric vehicle and battery technology company. She served as the partnerships manager for influencer marketing giant Fullscreen, has built digital campaigns for global brands such as Unilever, AT & T, NBCU, Intel, ABI, and Nestlé, managed enterprise social media campaigns and social good initiatives, and globally launched dozens of global products during seven years at Microsoft. She has spoken at events like SXSW, Harvard Business School’s Dynamic Women in Business, and the World Experience Organization. In her side hours, Didi breaks plates to make mosaic art, and pedals up hills poorly on a mountain bike.
