The ReAlignment Group (\"TRG\") is a full-service consulting company providing hands-on training and coaching to project teams, plus management tools for design and construction professionals and organizations. We are leaders in proven, state-of-the art collaborative processes such as Lean Construction, Integrated Project Delivery, integration of BIM technology into project teams, Alignment Partnering and Lean Partnering.We are also well known for preventing, anticipating, tracking and resolving significant construction disputes on public and private projects throughout the world using our project-proven Project ReAlignment methods.We provide facilitation services (from small project teams to teams of 150 to 250 people co-located for \"Big Room\" design-build or IPD projects), coaching (individuals, teams and organizations), training, project turnaround services and dispute resolution services for project controversies. We train experts to participate in these meditative processes, and train parties in appropriate management and conduct of construction projects so as to avoid significant disputes, minimize waste and maximize value to the customer.We are active in giving back to our industry through leadership in Lean Construction Institute (LCI, including serving on the National Board), International Lean in the Public Sector (LIPS), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA, including serving on the San Diego Chapter Board and developing courses for CMAA University), California Dispute Resolution Council (Past President and Board Member), Transportation Research Board (Legal Resources Contract Committee) and BIM Forum (the AGC’s new initiative to standardize BIM protocols).

ABOUT DICK BAYER
Dick Bayer is the Vice President for Lean and IPD at Colliers Project Leaders, a Canadian subsidiary of Colliers International. He is the former Chairman of the ReAlignment Group, Ltd, former President of the ReAlignment Group Canada, Ltd. and an Adjunct Professor at the Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management within the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is currently living in Ottawa working on 10 IPD projects throughout Canada including his sixth year as the IPD/Lean Design and Construction Adviser for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project, a proposed 12-year project to improve and renovate the Centre Block of the Canadian Parliament building.You can contact him at d••••••••@colliersprojectleaders.com
