Armstrong & Associates, Inc. provides supply chain marketing research and management consulting services. We publish Who\'s Who In Logistics Armstrong\'s Guide to Third-Party Logistics Service Providers and multiple research white papers. Our research complements our consulting activities by providing an ongoing database for analysis. A&A’s consulting services include: 3PL outsourcing analysis and selection, supply chain network analysis, mergers and acquisitions advisory services, supply chain operations analysis and benchmarking, information technology analysis and benchmarking, 3PL strategic planning, and targeted market research. We wrote and published our first Who\'s Who guide in 1995 as part of our refocus on logistics outsourcing activities. Since 1995, A&A has been heavily involved in assisting companies in finding third-party logistics services providers. These activities begin with an analysis of current supply chain functions. If outsourcing is determined to be the best path to follow, we can assist clients through to implementation. Many outsourcing projects involve replacing private fleets, finding global supply chain managers, choosing lead logistics services providers and analyzing distribution networks to find the right value added warehousing 3PL.
