   I am responsible for managing our product portfolio and maintaining positive relationships with key accounts in the Recycling Systems market. My focus is on increasing sales by bringing back former clients and seeking out new customers. In collaboration with the Market Leader of Recycling Systems, I prioritize opportunities within the market and conduct ongoing research to better understand our target customers\' needs. Our approach is based on value-based selling, which involves showcasing the benefits of combining all of our products from the Maag portfolio. To best serve our customers, we have a strong support system in place, including the Maag Solutioning Group and Recycling Team in Europe. They work with me to tailor our products and services to meet each customer\'s unique requirements. This often includes direct communication with customers to review specifications and provide the best product solutions, with the help of our mechanical and process engineering experts. I am responsible for managing sales of our systems and after-sales support. This includes installing and servicing MAAG products and traveling to various locations in Europe & Americas to commission new projects and provide ongoing customer support. As part of my duties, I conduct on-site training sessions for operators, demonstrate maintenance procedures, conduct safety briefings, and ensure that safety measures are properly in place. Throughout these tasks, I prioritize both customer satisfaction and the reputation of my company.
