I have over 8.5 years of experience in EDI mapping and have been involved in various stages of the process, including planning, analysis, documentation, design, and implementation of solutions. My expertise covers Cleo Clarify, Axway B2bi, and Sterling Integrator, along with a deep understanding of different EDI standards used in logistics and retail management. Additionally, I am proficient in MFT tools like Cleo Harmony and Sterling File Gateway (SFG).Throughout my career, I have gained strong hands-on experience with EDI ANSI X12 Transactions like 110, 210, 204, 214, 990, 997, 310, 850, 855, 856, 810, 846, and EDIFACT. Furthermore, I am well-acquainted with various file formats such as Flat, CSV, XML, IDOC, DB2, and delimited files.I have provided complete ERP support for regular change requests and enhancements. My expertise extends to ERP systems like SAP SD and TMS. Additionally, I have successfully established communication setups with trading partners using Cleo Harmony and SFG, utilizing protocols such as FTP, SFTP, OFTP and AS2. I have been actively involved in end-to-end implementations, trading partner onboarding, and managing Inbound/Outbound flows. Creating maps, envelopes, routers, codelists, and defining business processes to send customized data formats to clients\' ERP systems are also within my skillset.Handling Translation Failures and Transmission Errors is another area of my proficiency, and I utilize tools like Cleo Auditor, Cleo Dashboard, Sterling Integrator Admin Console, and Sterling File Gateway Dashboard for this purpose. Furthermore, I possess knowledge of communication protocols such as FTP, SFTP, AS2,OFTP, Custom Protocols and VAN (Easylink or ICCNET, PUBNET, Pacstream).Lastly, I am familiar with working in an agile-scrum framework, which enables me to adapt and contribute effectively to dynamic projects.
