Customer Service Excellence: Foster a culture of patient-centered care, empathy, and compassion among staff members by promoting service excellence, addressing patient feedback, and resolving service-related issues in a timely and responsive manner. Technology Integration and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for leveraging technology solutions, automation, and best practices to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance operational effectiveness in hospital operations. Ensure implementation & supervision of business lead capturing & conversions. Focus on continuously enhancing Patients experience through interactions and involvement to determine expectations. Prepare & maintain effective scheduling and availability of resources to ensure on-time surgeries and ensure efficient procedures in billing are being followed.
