Passionate BIM Professional with a strong understanding of BIM and its workflow with good hands-on experience in widely used BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape and Tekla Structures. Additionally, I have a good knowledge of concepts such as LODs, Dimensions of BIM, Parameters, CAD to BIM, Scan to BIM, BMS and BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and Work sharing through BIM 360 very well. Generate plans, sections, elevations, and detailed production drawings from 3D models, ensuring they meet design standards and practices. Work on construction drawing for Architectural, Civil, and Structural projects. Generated 3D models from point cloud data using Scan to BIM processes, accelerating renovation timelines by 20% and enhancing the accuracy of as-built documentation. Produced construction-ready workshop drawings, reducing RFIs by 20%, while improving contractor understanding and ensuring seamless on-site execution. Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM project workflow criteria.
