2024–2026): Technical Lead, Joint Industry Project (JIP) – Industrialisation of Cold Spray Repairs.Spearheading efforts to assist industries in nuclear energy, defense, and oil and gas in adopting cold spray technology as an effective repair solution.• (2023–2025): Technical Lead, UKAEA Fusion Industry Programme (FIP) Cycle 2 Projects (Phase 1 & 2).Leading initiatives to scale-up Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing (CSAM) and develop a Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) framework for nuclear fusion applications, focusing on alloys such as ODS and RAFM ODS Eurofer97.• (2022–2024): Technical Manager, EU-Funded Horizon 2020 Project FORGE (GA 958457).Led a multinational consortium of 13 partners, including end users, universities, research institutes, and SMEs - to develop Compositionally Complex Materials (CCM) coatings using various processes such as HVAF, HVOF, Cold Spray, Laser Cladding and Slurry-based methods; followed by simulated and industrial performance testing in harsh environments (e.g, wear/abrasion, CO₂ corrosion, hydrogen) for energy-intensive industries. • Additional Responsibilities- Leading and contributing to the preparation of project proposals, securing funding, and ensuring successful project execution and delivery in line with stakeholder requirements- Supervising and supporting NSIRC PhD students.
