ABOUT DIBA YAMOUT
As a Civil Engineering graduate, I began my engineering journey at the consulting firm where I was exposed to the design and construction of various infrastructure including buildings, bridges and hydro dams. I decided to peruse my masters in area of Structural and Earthquake engineering to better understand the seismic requirements and also to became familiar with design of elements like tall concrete buildings, timber, wood and masonry structure. While my main passion is around structural engineering, I also developed passion in project management and construction while working in consulting environment. I decided to take the chances and switch to the construction industry to better understand the construction and step into the role of project management in future. I believe that my previous work experience in consulting firm, along with my masters degree and my exposure to the construction will make me fit to step into the role of project manager at different capacities in the future.
