As an educator, over the years I have enjoyed creating an understanding of the many questions that have been asked. I enjoy building relationships with people, solving customer issues, and providing value and creating a long-lasting bond. In the role as a Sales Engineer I have learned the importance of communication in helping to build relationships with people and businesses and deliver value that will help with better decision making within a company. My love for teaching others and understanding HOW to help with my excellent Interpersonal skills has allowed me to garner the necessary skills needed take a complex problem and break it down in a more creative and simpler solution. My main objective is to bring success to the company by implementing effective customer support procedures with my technical knowledge and collaborate with other teams to install and maintain the most efficient system. I plan to learn and further my expertise in the field of IT and Sales Engineering.
