After completing my MSc in Computational Neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics with distinction, I pursued research at the University of Birmingham, focusing on human-computer interaction in rehabilitation contexts. My work expanded into using immersive extended reality (XR) technologies to provide real-time sensory feedback for motor skill training. This research culminated in an EPSRC-funded PhD on neuroplasticity and sensory-motor control through XR training, emphasizing applications for stroke and peripheral nerve rehabilitation. Currently, as an EPSRC postdoctoral fellow, I continue advancing XR for scientific and clinical applications, with recent achievements including leading XR development courses and contributing to pioneering industry collaborations.
