Launched Instagram Creator Marketplace (company priority) as one of the first PMs in the org together with a team of 10+ engineers and cross-functional partners. Set the strategic direction of Creator Marketplace for the brand side, which was presented to the Head of Instagram. Drove the international expansion strategy that dictated which key markets to scale to. Built tooling (messaging inbox, campaigns, CRM systems) to help brands close deals with creators on Instagram. Built a trust tiering system to detect fraudulent actors, take down their content and close accounts where needed.
