About Dianne Crampton
My work did not begin as branding. It began as research into what makes groups ethical, productive, quality-focused, and psychologically satisfying. Early evaluation through Gonzaga and the Washington State Education Association helped validate that these behavioral principles could be measured and used to identify group problems that, when addressed, improved performance. That work later drew the attention of Northrop Grumman during a high-stakes downsizing transition, where a behavior-based prototype helped leaders navigate change with more humanity, clarity, and care. Later the ability to measure the teturn on investment for soft skill leadership improvement, was valuable for our post merger work. Now, AI is flattening organizations faster than most leaders can adapt. Layers are shrinking, work is speeding up, and leadership models built on control and hierarchy are breaking down.I create ready-to-use leadership systems for consultants, coaches, fractionals, business owners, and internal leaders seeking a stronger way to build trust, develop people, and strengthen culture under change. The TIGERS® 6 Principles System provides a practical, behavior-based framework for making trust, people development, and team culture more visible, measurable, and easier to sustain.Built from 35 years of consulting, research, published authorship, and work with organizations ranging from nonprofits to major corporations, these programs were created to solve real leadership and culture challenges — not to add more theory to the pile. The six TIGERS principles — Trust, Interdependence, Genuineness, Empathy, Risk Resolution, and Success — are observable, measurable drivers of stronger leadership, healthier culture, and better human performance.Today, I offer this work through ready-to-use programs and a Founder licensing path for professionals who want a stronger, more expandable way to deliver value inside organizations.Case studies available: Costco | Northrop Grumman | Sunswept Resorts
