ABOUT DIANNE CONLON

Dianne Conlon brings over 20 years of experience in human resources within the financial industry as both an HR generalist and a senior HR strategic business partner. Ms. Conlon has been involved in talent management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness in various sized-organizations through an optimal blend of strategic vision and cross-functional collaboration. She has garnered these skills and developed this expertise throughout a career of increasingly senior-level HR roles that includes past service as Vice-President, Human Resources at Manulife Financial/John Hancock and Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Operations at Greystone Managed Investments. Ms. Conlon’s most recent position was at Greystone Managed Investments as the CHRO where she lead the Human Resources and Operations functions and acted as the senior HR advisor to the C-Suite of the firm. In this role, Ms. Conlon developed and successfully implemented a number of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s aggressive growth objectives, including a talent management program, a long-term incentive plan and a new payroll and HRIS platform. Ms. Conlon recently completed a contract where she provided HR consulting, advisory and coaching services to Algoma Steel Inc, providing strategic HR advice and counsel to the C-Suite on sensitive matters and acting as the senior HR partner to the business. She is focused on establishing additional HR strategies to drive organizational change and improve business results including the development and implementation of a fully integrated talent management process.
