Customer service - relationship building is my specialty! My contacts, become lifelong friends; yes, especially my volunteers and passenger. Raised in a family business, a retail plant nursery in Norco CA -\"service & suggestive marking in sales is at the core of my being. I first volunteered - to \"give back\" than realized a whole new profession in philanthropy. You don’t plan something like this cause; however thru our tragedy I have learn how to be safe, and in the end, save lives. A born salesperson and trained from the best, my Cuban / American mother. When you think about it, fundraising is selling at its best! My Fundraising & friend raising career was accomplished in a very creative and personal way. One relationship/friend at a time. All possibly around that person! I like to say \"I\'m in the friend- raising business\". And I love it.

LAX - BASE (I am literally all over). Something I never thought I would do, however my sister recommended it! First time in 12 years (since 911) American Airlines hired Flight Attendants, so I thought why not? So glad I did! AND I am able to work on Charlie\'s Cause on layovers & my days off.
