Dianne is an Human Capital Leader for PwC\'s Consulting Segment Acceleration Centers. She takes pride in managing creative teams and driving innovation across the Human Capital agenda. She is responsible for strategic development and implementation of the Talent & People strategy for over Partner/Consultants. She oversees the Talent & Performance Management, Strategic Deployment, HR operations, Compensation/Total Rewards and Retention and leads a team of over 75+ professionals. Dianne\'s been with PwC for 27 years, beginning her career in experienced recruitment transitioning into Human Capital. She has held a variety of senior leadership roles including talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, demand management and lead generalist roles. She has worked with leadership to position the practice for significant growth and to develop the organizational design including the successful people integration of several strategic acquisitions. During her leadership tenure to date, PwC has been recognized for its achievements in human capital development and training, including being named to Fortune magazine\'s \"100 Best Companies to Work For,\" Diversity Inc.\'s \"Top 10,\" Working Mother\'s \"Top 10,\" and Training Magazine\'s #1 ranking as an organization that excels at employee training and development.
