About Dianne Pridgen

Over my past 13 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge with the several positions that I have held at UPS. My initial job for more than one year was Operations Management in Sprint returns processing with high volumes. Later I transitioned into an wonderful opportunity within Sprint with the goal customizing the area and account; I was an integral part of the Sprint customization and how we still manage the volume today. Other roles supported during my tour in the Sprint operation included overseeing and managing the account trainers and implementing the work processes for three years.In 2011, I took the position of Dangerous Goods Specialist for two years and quickly promoted to the Dangerous Goods Coordinator (Supervisor). In this position I was in charge of training the Louisville campus and Central states in Hazmat compliance and ensuring the facilities were compliant per regulations. In 2018, I was given the opportunity to take on a Facilities Engineer. This position has helped me expand my operations and healthcare knowledge as I quickly became a respected and valued team member.UPS has provided me exposure to many areas and provided me with invaluable experience. I have most enjoyed the position that required travel and supported training and auditing. I enjoy being a part of teaching people new concepts or job functions and watching them grow. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing UPS across the country and world. If you asked me what my dream job would be, I would have to say a job that required me to travel and teach compliance within UPS standards and procedures.
