ABOUT DIANNE MILLER

Dianne Miller is an executive with over 20 years of experience providing Information Technology, Financial Management, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting services in the public sector and commercial arenas. She is a proven professional with experience in Business Development/Growth, IT Transformations, System Implementations, and Program Management. Throughout her tenure in consulting she has held multiple roles, including the role of Growth Manager for multiple, successful, large scale Business Development/Growth efforts. As a Program Manager she has effectively led large scale system implementations and IT transformations. She is experienced leading Oracle and Salesforce ERP implementations, including implementations in shared service environments. She is well versed in Financial, HCM/HR, Budgeting, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics applications. She has been responsible for all areas of IT transformation from conceptualization and planning through full lifecycle system implementation to post-production support. She has experience leading large scale Program Management Offices (PMOs), which support IT transformation and system implementations. She has led large scope Certification and Accreditation (C&A) programs, has developed IT Governance programs, and has experience in strategy development, business process and systems reengineering, OCM/transformation initiatives, and training design, development, and delivery. She is PMP certified and possesses an extensive base of knowledge which allows her to easily support clients who utilize commercial, government, and mixed system applications.
