As an In-flight Support Specialist, I am expected to be a role model for our Flight Attendant group. I assist our training department in training new hires on the aircraft as well as perform check rides on random flights to ensure Flight Attendant manuals are up to date per the Federal Aviation Administration as well as other company policies are being met. In my role as a Flight Attendant, I work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment with an extensive mix of personalities and cultures. My priorities are to ensure the safety of my passengers as well as the safety of the aircraft cabin, ensure accuracy when conducting the passenger on board count, report and document product sales, report and document any incidents that occur on board, provide comfort and excellent customer service before, during, and after the flight to make our passengers feel welcome to provide an enjoyable experience, and utilize strong attention to detail to address unlimited customer needs and concerns with outstanding problem solving skills to maintain my dedication to customer service.
