Evaluate, assess, and treat patients in a neurologic outpatient setting• Determine need for durable medical equipment and collaborate with physicians for equipment referrals and letters of medical necessity• Apply diagnosis codes and ICD-10 codes to patient’s chart, contact physicians when referral codes are incorrect and obtain new referral.• Responsible for day-to-day team coordination, team member scheduling, clinic experience and operations, clinical analytics, and change management.• Point-of-contact for team members for patient-therapist issues, team member conflict/concerns, and daily needs.• Reports to Outpatient Rehab Manager regarding clinic and team status, proposals for problem resolutions, and improve current processes for intra-departmental coordination.• Oversees weekly treating schedule, coordinates with Outpatient Rehab Manager for consolidation • Coordinates time off/team calendar, and coverage schedule for POOL needs• Oversees supply fulfillment, including ordering and purchasing, coordinates with facilities, building management, and IT teams for necessary facility upkeep• Oversight of the interdisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and administrative staff
