We will provide on site assistance, and authored support materials for both the Managers and the impacted employees, to make the employee departure meeting as seamless as possible. Further, to your credit, we will provide a full range of outplacement/career transition service packages which could include behavioural testing; professional resumes and cover letters; interviewing skills and salary negotiation to help your employee move on with their career. In depth knowledge of human behaviour styles and a pragmatic approach have guided individuals through job transition, identifying their purpose and goals, strategizing the plan to reach those goals and supporting them through negotiations and retention of those goals.
