Diane Strohfus is a global business leader and advisor known for helping companies scale during high-growth and transformational periods. She has led people strategies at Cisco Systems, 8x8 Inc, Betterworks, and RMS, guiding organizations through IPO readiness, M&A, executive transitions, and global expansion.As founder of Human Alignment Partners, Diane partners with CEOs and executive teams to align people with business strategy—turning complex challenges into measurable results. Her work focuses on strategic planning and executive advisory, human capital strategies and roadmaps, talent management, leadership development, and culture transformation. Diane’s MBA and background in finance give her a business-first perspective on HR. She brings strategic clarity and operational insight and to every engagement—whether she’s advising a board, leading transformation projects, or guiding change across a global workforce.Strategically, she has collaborated with executives to define direction and vision to organizations while advising and being a soundboard to executives. Operationally, she has built HR operating models, scaled infrastructure for growth, and helped define mission, values, and performance frameworks that stick. Her experience spans startups to enterprise, with a clear focus: aligning people strategy with business impact.Diane also serves on the Board of Directors and Advisory Council for BrightPlan, where she advises on GTM strategy, product, and industry trends.
