I became involved in wellness when my twins were young. They were given to me at three weeks and we had not been given any medical history. As the years progressed, we realized the girls had FAS-(Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) and many other alphabet diagnoses that hung off that umbrella. We have used Young Living Oils since the girls were ten for rages, headaches,aches and pains, cuts and bruises, broken bones and many more ailments. We have not used pharmaceuticals as the girls are extremely chemical sensitive. My children are now 22 and enjoy sharing the oils with their friends.I have been practicing the Raindrop technique (to help remove toxins from the body,relieve aches and pains from arthritis, fibromyalgia and muscular tension while helping to maintain general good health) for many years now. I have been privilege to have trained many other practitioners in the Utica area.In addition, I have been teaching people how to preserve food by canning, freezing,dehydrating and fermenting to help them maintain healthy living through use of whole foods. I have become very involved in the use of raw foods and eating healthy to maintain good health.
