About Diane Hill

I had the good fortune to grow up on a ranch in Central Montana developing my resourcefulness, resilience, collaborativeness, and flexibility. I am in my element putting those skills to use. Developing relationships with a diverse array of people and leading them to reach a bold goal is the type of challenge that I excel at and enjoy. I am a fast, intuitive learner, an active listener and a solid communicator. Colleagues and former employers know that I am able to assess what is important to the success of a mission, and to provide resourceful assistance wherever it is needed. As a leader I have helped factions with disparate interests to discover common ground where all can support thoughtful outcomes. My experience on Capitol Hill and with my community shows that I am able to envision and successfully pursue outcomes that others consider improbable - or even impossible - and to develop an approach to help effect that change.I am a team player. I believe that strong relationships are integral to accomplishing goals. I am naturally inclined to bring people together to find and pursue a common purpose and to emphasize areas of agreement. Now, more than ever, we need to be able to focus on what we all have in common. I am committed to connecting people with diverse interests, mindsets and ways of being.
