Projects included both design-build and traditional design-bid-build approaches to construction. Key skills include- cultivating relationships and interfacing in thoughtful ways with all stakeholders including jurisdictions, utilities, financial partners, consultants, community leaders, consultants and neighbors to achieve desired outcomes- managing risk as well as ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while still meeting the needs of internal and external partners- seeking, evaluating and securing capital from innovative sources- identifying viable development sites and consulting opportunities- educating Sares Regis teams about affordable housing and disability forward development- collaborate with asset management to ensure developments where residents thrive, and also achieve long term, positive cash flow. Key Accomplishments:Completed Sares Regis Group\'s first affordable development, The Kelsey Ayer Station, a 115 unit,$70M mixed income, disability forward, LEED gold community in San Jose with a complex ownership structure and capital stack. Led this inaugural project to be certified under the Inclusive Design Standards, to an ahead of schedule completion, with millions (4.5%) in construction savings and an on time lease up. Through innovative measures, kept development costs to per unit. completing Avelle, a 203 unit Class A, all electric, LEED gold, apartment building in Mountain View, CA with 30 BMR units. Scheduled to be completed 2 months ahead of schedule with significant construction savings. Development is part of a mixed use development that includes a class A office building, garage, retail and residential
