ABOUT DIANE CASEY
According to Winston Churchill, “attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.” If I had to define my career attitude with one word it would be: enthusiastic. I strive to provide excellent customer service. I always treat my customers with respect, ask how can I help them, and then I actively listen (with empathy) to them. If I can resolve their issues, nothing makes me happier. I’ve been in IT over 10 years; mainly help desk/service desk support positions as frontline support (primary contact for customers). I have gained experience in Legal, Financial and Non-Profit industries. As I am a believer in life-long learning, through the years I have achieved several I.T. certifications, such as CompTIA’s A+, Network+(similar to Cisco’s CCNA), Microsoft’s MCP, and most recently Help Desk Institute’s SCA (Support Center Analyst). On a slightly different note, I am also a visual (abstract) artist - working mainly with acrylic paints, and canvas. I love it when I can combine my love of art & technology, and use both “sides” of my brain to accomplish my work-related goals. I also believe axiom that “laughter is the best medicine” and a little bit of humor can go a long way, in helping to resolve customer’s issues while also leaving them smiling, which let’s face it, is what we all want, isn’t it?
