Diane Brennan is an executive and systemic team coach, organizational development consultant, and trusted advisor to leaders navigating complexity and change. As founder of Brennan Associates, LLC, she brings more than 30 years of experience partnering with C-suite leaders and leadership teams in healthcare, higher education, and engineering and science-based organizations, helping them move from individual performance to collective impact.Diane\'s approach is grounded in systemic, co-creative coaching that goes beyond individual leadership development to strengthen how teams think, relate, and act together. Her clients don\'t just refine their leadership style; they discover their collective capacity to lead through ambiguity, build resilient cultures, and drive meaningful change. She draws on the 5 Disciplines of Systemic Team Coaching and integrates frameworks including Outside-In and Future-Back thinking to help teams connect their purpose to real organizational results.Her credentials reflect the breadth and depth of her professional commitment. As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner, she holds two of the field\'s most rigorous designations. She served on the ICF Board of Directors from 2004 to 2009, including as ICF President in 2008, a role that shaped her enduring commitment to coaching standards, global community, and the evolution of the profession.Diane is the co-editor of three books: Back Pocket Coach: 33 Effective Communication Strategies for Work & Life, The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching, and The Philosophy and Practice of Coaching: Insights and Issues for a New Era, each reflecting her belief that great coaching advances both the individual and the field.She holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health (DBH), an MBA, a SHRM-SCP certification, and brings her academic depth to bear in ways that are always practical, human, and grounded in what leaders actually need.

   I joined ICF as a new coach in February I became credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in 2002. I earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in 2004 and the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential in 2006. I continue to support ICF as the international professional association for coaches as this industry evolves.I am honored to have served as global president of ICF and as a board member from 2004 through 2009.
