Diane works to serve people in and outside of her team. She builds community through relationships and highlighting the strengths of others. She run HR and Events for Riverwards Produce in Philadelphia. She teaches yoga on the side to support others on their journey to their fullest most authentic lives. Diane formerly worked as a manager for Apple Retail in the Greater Philadelphia Market. Diane was the District Manager of Greater Philadelphia for L\'Occitane, managing 12 locations in NJ, PA, and DE. Overseeing all aspects of sales analyzing and driving, talent recruiting, managing and development, and all maintaining profit margins through operations management. Diane was District Manager of PA/MD ranking #3 in the USA 3 years in a row, Acting District Manager of Washington DC growing major metrics during role, and Store Manager at major market boutique in Philadelphia with double digit sales increase year over year. Diane has been selected as a training manager in all of her roles. Prior, Diane was an account executive with Princeton Partners, developing and executing Corporate Events for PNC Bank. Diane has 5 years of excellence in driving results in sales and recruiting, hiring and developing top talent. And 10 years of marketing, event managment, and talent managment and development.
