ABOUT DIANE VANDENPLAS
Diane VandenPlas has a 30 year career in commercial real estate and private equity investor services, with a strong background in all facets of complex commercial real estate transactions (REITs, agency, syndications, construction, residential, bond, LIHTC, CMBS, private equity & mezzanine financing) from origination through closing and loan administration, loan operations, asset management, portfolio & investor reporting, regulatory compliance and risk management, audit, and investor accreditation & services. Extensive experience in project management, operational risk analysis, process mapping and re-engineering, loan system requirements, selection and implementation (including development of business requirements, system security and administration, implementation, conversion and testing, including AFS, LoanIQ and CLCS and development of policies, procedures and training materials.Diane joined Legacy Capital Partners in March 2016, reporting directly to the Senior Director and CFO. Previously with Jernigan Capital until they relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, she developed and managed loan systems and operations, loan closings, administration and servicing, after broad experience in legal, strategic services and commercial real estate management with RBS Citizens Bank (20••••15), KeyBank (19••••08), Wells Fargo (19••••98) and U.S.Bank (19••••96).Diane is a Minnesota native and has been active in CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), CRCM and ACAMS. She is a certified staff officer and instructor for the U.S.Coast Guard Auxiliary and ODNR Division of Watercraft, and a sailing instructor and training coordinator for Sea Scouts of America and Project YESS (Rotary Club of Cleveland).
