Provide nutrition education classes in compliance with SNAP-Ed guidelines and evidence-based resources. Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of healthy nutrition handouts, nudges, recipes, cooking demonstrations, and other program materials designed to support policy, system, and environment (PSE) changes and improve the diet quality of those served. Facilitate the execution of the Mobile FARMacy throughout the FSF service area, including distributions, education, site visits, scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Facilitate the execution of the FSF Client Choice Pantries, including intake, scheduling, education, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Assist in the identification, recruitment, and maintenance of community partners and target audiences, effectively communicating the program mission and goals. Utilize the train-the-trainer model for the network of partner agencies. Participate in program improvement and strategic planning activities as assigned.
