ABOUT DIANE STANLEY

Currently operating as a Business Development Manager, I lead strategic growth through complex tender submissions, commercial negotiations, and partnership development with registered housing providers and developers. Being part of the design and mobilisation of sustainable housing and support solutions for vulnerable adults, aligning commissioning priorities with operational delivery.My career spans frontline practice to operational leadership across NHS and third sector provision. This breadth enables me to translate strategic vision into high-performing services that deliver measurable outcomes, regulatory excellence, and financial sustainability.More recently my experience also covers the mobilisation and setup of children’s services, working with Ofsted to complete due diligence processes and ensure regulatory readiness. My approach embeds governance, safeguarding, quality assurance, and workforce culture from the outset — creating services that are inspection-ready and built on strong foundations.I am driven by person-centred principles and a commitment to exceeding fundamental standards set by the Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate Wales (CQC and CIW) and Ofsted. I consistently connect organisational strategy with frontline execution, strengthening performance, improving outcomes, and embedding positive, accountable cultures.Previously, I led multi-site supported living services, managing teams of managers and overseeing quality, compliance, workforce performance, and financial delivery. I have built a strong portfolio of local authority and commissioning relationships, enabling collaborative service development and trusted partnership working.I bring strategic oversight, commercial acumen, regulatory expertise, and values-led leadership — with a proven track record of building, stabilising, and growing high-quality care services.
